Cleavers Grass, your backyard underdog

Updated: Sep 26, 2020

With Spring in full bloom here in California there are many plants coming up in our yards, walkways and trails. One of these plants is Cleavers Grass. Also called Bedstraw or Goosegrass, and often mistaken as a weed, this sticky little herb is actually an amazing Spring tonic. It is beneficial for your immune system and a potent lymph mover. The stems and leaves can be used several different ways including eaten raw or cooked, juiced, or prepared as a tea.

Sometimes improving our health is as easy as looking down. 🌱🌱🌱 Always make sure you properly identify a plant before you use it.
